To provide a functional and synchronized multiplayer gaming experience, we collect the following types of information:

• Authentication Credentials: When you register or log in using Email/Password or Google Sign-In (OAuth), we collect your email address and a Unique User ID (UID) generated via Firebase Authentication.
• User Profile Data: We store gameplay profile components including your chosen custom nickname/display name, selected avatar types, coin balance, and operational state IDs (such as your current active game session ID).
• Gameplay History & Statistics: To track your progress, we collect parameters detailing your total games played, total games won, current winning streaks, and player level levels.
• Matchmaking & Invitation Data: Temporary invitation data is collected to allow you to invite friends to play active matches.
• Performance & Crash Diagnostics: We use Firebase Crashlytics to automatically collect technical crash logs and system execution health metrics when the application encounters an error.

2. How We Use Your Data

SquadPulse utilizes the collected data strictly for the following operational workflows:

• Account Management & Authentication: Validating your unique user identity, verifying registrations, and syncing your personal gaming profiles across sessions.
• Core Application Functionality: Processing your coins, active game states, match results, and delivering in-app multiplayer interactions smoothly.
• Performance Analytics: Diagnosing exceptions, application crashes, and framework errors to maximize software stability.

3. Data Protection and Encryption

We leverage industry-standard cloud infrastructure provided by Google Firebase to process and secure your data. All data transmitted between the SquadPulse client application and our cloud services is heavily encrypted in transit using secure HTTPS/TLS transport protocols. Your profile stats and authentication flags are protected within secure Firestore and authentication databases.

4. Third-Party Services

Our application integrates with established sub-processors managed directly by Google to deliver standard utilities:

• Firebase Authentication (Identity management)
• Cloud Firestore (Secure profile database architecture)
• Firebase Crashlytics (Stability and crash logging analytics)

We do not share, sell, distribute, or expose your personal identifiers, emails, or hardware configurations to third-party advertising tracking networks or data brokers.

5. Data Retention and Deletion Rights

We retain your profile architecture for as long as your account remains active. You maintain absolute control over your digital footprint. You can instantly purge your operational registry directly from within the application interface by navigating to: User Profile > Edit Profile Icon > Delete Account.
